Välkommen till insta @Frykstaladan. Den ligger 50 m från den sagoomspunna sjön Frykens södra ände. Detta unika boende har en helt egen stil som har vuxit fram under de fem år som vi byggt om ladan. Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Det ingår cyklar, kajaker och SUP:ar (2 av varje) och närheten till sport och friluftsliv är god. Värmland lockar med sin kultur, besök Lerinmuseet, Alma Löv, Berättarladan eller....

Welcome to a charming cottage in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery, with the lake sparkling next door, and mornings with birdsong. A place for those who want to relax, hike in the forest, stroll in the sand or enjoy peace and quality of life. You often have the area to yourself, even if nearby residents visit the beach on sunny days. The beach is spacious and the cottage is located, so you maintain peace even when others visit the beach. There is another small cottage in the area.

För dig som vill bo helt unikt i eget hus i kulturbygd, med hästar, katter och tillgång till natur och sjö. Du har egen uteplats med grill och mysig lekplats för barn. Du älskar närheten till bedårande vacker natur och vandringsleder. Du uppskattar att ha tillgång till fina skogsstigar och att kunna ta doppet i sjön. Du vill också se kultur. Vi visar gärna upp gården som restaurerats enligt gamla metoder. Det är nära till golfbana och pittoreska staden Arvika med konstmuseum och caféer.

Welcome to Lyckänga and Värmland countryside. We rent out our small cottage, located on the plot next to our residential building. A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Välkommen till vårt Airbnb-retreat, där både skogen och Vänern omger dig! På kvällarna kan du ta ett glas vin på balkongen och njuta av utsikten i solnedgången. För den badsugne finns möjlighet att ta ett dopp vid klipporna, en kort promenad från huset. Upplev en oförglömlig vistelse och återknyt till naturen. Välkommen till ditt nästa äventyr vid Vänerns strand! En dubbelsäng (160 cm bred) och en extrasäng finns. Observera varmvattenberedaren är för ett mindre hushåll.

Fin Stuga 6 personer med utespa och lugnt läge.

Egen liten stuga på 52m2 + 25m2 loft och stor altan med utomhus bubbelbad för 6 personer. Mycket modert och fint boende för sig själv med värden i eget hus på tomten. Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)

Peaceful Cabin in the Swedish Countryside

Welcome to Karterud, a small neighborhood on the Segerstad Peninsula. The house has its own water well and heatpump, which makes it possible to stay year-round. In winter the kommun takes care of plowing snow on the road. There is wood to make a cosy fire. In the Segerstad area you can find many historical find locations which go back to the stone age and later. This indicates people inhabiting this area for a long time with it’s productive land.

Fjäll

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.

Cozy Apartment on Easy Street, Karlstad

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

Bluesberry Woods Sculptured House

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
