Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre un jardin-forêt ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Au coeur de la grande champagne, dans une longère du 17ème siècle, ce logement de 130 m2 peut accueillir 6 personnes mais peut recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes en journée (grande salle à manger). Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 4 feux (induction, et vitro céramique), un four traditionnel et un four micro ondes. L'étage est climatisé.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete.
