It is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so party people should look elsewhere.

Located just one block from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier and Marina Park, restaurants, and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen, appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, new tempur-pedic California king bed and private Washer/Dryer.
