The Cozy Condo offers the privacy of a personal sanctuary and the amenities of a spa while providing all the comforts of home. While staying here you'll have access to two pools, a hot tub and community grills. Everything you need is provided from detergent to wifi. After every guest I personally clean the home and make sure there are plenty of freshly washed towels and bedding. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
