Extra large studio suite. It features a king sized bed, full bathroom with shower and tub, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a two person window bench with a built in charging station that overlooks beautiful downtown Havana. Walking distance to Havana's riverfront park, wonderful shopping, and restaurants. Located near Dickson Mounds Museum, Emiquon and Chautauqua National Wildlife Refuge, Bellrose Island, Havana's historic Water Tower, and Illinois River Road National Scenic Byway.

Hobbit House (duplex) Now w/late check-out Sundays

The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. In Illinois it is illegal to possess or use cannabis on private property without the owner's permission. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.

Historic Havana Lofts ~ South Bank Loft ~ Downtown

The South Bank Loft features a large, open studio style living space highlighted by gorgeous floor to ceiling windows overlooking historic Main Street in Havana, Illinois. The space has been meticulously restored and boasts high twelve foot ceilings, original restored crown molding, exposed brick and original hardwood maple floors. The loft also features a kitchenette with high end cabinetry, custom tile back splash and under cabinet lighting.

We are located just two blocks from the scenic Illinois River and Havana's Riverfront Park and its walking paths. On your way, you ll drive down the scenic gravel road in the country. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy sitting by the out door fire pit ,fishing in the pond next to the house and walking the trails. The driveway is downhill from the road, with occasional rain runoff. You will drive past a house that is up the hill from the beach house.

His and Her closets and sinks. For security of the property and your personal security the home has ADT security system on the outside entrances and the pool area.
