This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. One bedroom, bath & half, barndominium with a full kitchen. 15 minutes to Baylor, Downtown Waco, and Magnolia Silos and tons of other quaint shops and eateries. Please no pets!

We have raised 5 kids and over 300 foster kids on this ranch. It has seen it share of victories and its share of defeats. Heard much laughter and seen many tears. It is a foundation we call home.
