Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.

3 Bedroom/2 bath Ranch home on 550 acre "all sports" Round Lake. Plenty of room on the dock to bring your boat, or rent my pontoon for $800/week or $200/day. Kayaks provided for complimentary use. Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.
