It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.

We are within easy access to the A30 which leads to the rest of Cornwall and it's many delights. A cosy cottage situated in the village of Lelant, with fully equipped kitchen and utility space, log burning stove, outside eating area with BBQ, garden and parking for up to 3 cars.

The local bus service calls into the park entrance during high season so you can leave the car parked up if you wish.
