Cozy and Comfortable, great Fall destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

Walk to Stookey’s for drinks and food! More restaurants and bars are a ten minute drive. Sugar Creek Art Gallery next door. Downtown Indy, Children’s Museum, and Indpls Motor Speedway are each 35-40 minutes. Purdue University is 28 miles. A percentage of reservation fees are donated toward housing for refugees, evacuees, and homeless.

I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

Our beautiful home is just 3 blocks to Broad Ripple Avenue, so you can walk to everything the area has to offer such as restaurants, shopping, pubs, parks, and more. Take a stroll, ride a bike, or jog on the Monon Trail 1 block away. Enjoy a meal in the updated kitchen or relax in the fenced backyard with fire pit and hot tub (seasonal tub- closed May-September).
