Welcome to your home-away-from‐home a bright, spacious, welcoming retreat nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from everything you need, with easy access to the greater Kansas City area. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is super close to shops and dining. The kitchen is fully-equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals together or host friends. Relax in an oversized hot tub, located in the private back yard, or unwind with movies/tv/video games in the cozy theater room.

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.
