We invite you to vacation in the desert with the spirit of the ocean in our three bedroom and two bath retreat. The open concept living room has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Large modern home with a private desert oasis-spend a relaxing weekend around the pool or have a family get together in the large beautifully landscaped backyard. Shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and more this home has everything you need. This home boasts a 3 car boat deep garage so there is plenty of space to park and store your water or desert toys. There is also an extra long driveway along the right side of the home for additional parking. Pet friendly. Inquire for large gatherings.

Enjoy fantastic views and comfortable surroundings. This is the lower level guest house of our riverfront vacation home. It has a private entrance with access to the boat dock. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. The space is not kid friendly.
