Het betreft een gezellig appartement voor twee personen gelegen te Meerssen. Het appartement bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving waar heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst kan worden, er is ook een leuk en net buitenzwembad op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand dat tegen entree bezocht kan worden. Het is 8 minuten lopen tot station Meerssen en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum waar zich verschillende restaurants en cafés bevinden. Verder zijn Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aachen dichtbij goed bereikbaar.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Idéalement situé pour visiter Liège, le Pays de Herve, les Ardennes, Maastricht et ses alentours, Aachen... Nous mettons à votre disposition un studio (25 m²) entièrement équipé dans une partie de notre maison . Entrée indépendante et parking privatif. Comfortabele woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer. Openslaande deuren naar ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht op park en kasteel. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Door de centrale ligging loopt u binnen enkele minuten naar de historische monumenten, kuuroord, de gezellige terrasjes en restaurants. Er zijn vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Station op loopafstand. Bushalte voor de deur. Fietshuur om de hoek.

De woning is in landelijke stijl ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht over onze tuin en België, aan de overkant van de Maas. De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt voor vakanties maar ook als verblijf voor zakenreizen.
