Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

1-Zimmer-Apartment mit Charme

Wir haben hier ein schönes kleines 1- Zimmer- Appartement für Reisende, die gerne eine kleine Auszeit in der Natur verbringen. Das Appartement ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein großzügiges Bett im Wohnraum. Das Bad hat eine große Regendusche. Bei uns am Hadermannhof könnt ihr die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe und Natur genießen oder ihr könnt gerne am Treiben am Hof teilhaben. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Tiny House with privat Hot Tub and Sauna

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Appartement in Nußdorf am Haunsberg

Appartement (Achtung ohne Küche) mit separatem Eingang in einer beschaulich ruhigen Ortschaft Du hast ein eigenes Bad und ein separates WC, kannst den Garten und dessen Sitzgelegenheiten mitbenützen und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit ein Frühstück zu buchen. Im Zimmer findest du eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Auswahl an Geschirr für alle Fälle und einen mini Backofen. Der Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen kann auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Loft am Wolfgangsee - mit einzigartigem Ausblick

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Kuschliges Studio Salzburgblick

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft in ländlicher Atmosphäre Nähe Salzburg. Auch die anderen touristischen Highlights wie Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut und Chiemsee erreichen Sie schnell mit dem Auto. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Das 1-Zimmer Appartement befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Hauses als Wohneinheit mit einem Schlaf-/Wohnraum, Mini-Küche, Bad (Dusche, Badewanne und WC), sowie einer Terrasse mit herrlichem Bergblick. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Seelentium Region (Ibmer Moor und See). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) und Braunau (25 km) sind in der Nähe erreichbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Alleinreisende.
