Located in a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the river. Tube, swim, fish or just relax. The large tree covered patio is great for BBQing and watching wildlife. The unit has a twin daybed with a trundle and a queen bed all in the same 10’ x 14’ room. 12 minutes from SeaWorld, and 12 minutes from Six Flags. Centrally located near a bustling shopping area with quick access to a variety of restaurants and parks. This is an attached, private apartment to my duplex style house. Check out time 11 am. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
