Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy this lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat. Our cottage features a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed fiber Internet, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sofa sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

Come and enjoy Tiny House in Matlock, Manitoba, on Lake Winnipeg’s Southwest shore! Fully equipped, loft bedroom, comfortable for 2-3 guests. Located on pristine 45-acre nature preserve, with paths through tall grass prairie, meadow, forest, wetland, ponds, meditative labyrinth and land art. Two-minute walk to main beach, restaurant, general store, and sports courts. Local activities include swimming, fishing, hiking, birding, ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, skating, snowmobiling, and more!

Tiny Piece of Paradise

Experience a tiny home with so many unexpected little luxuries . This newly built 4 season tiny is located just steps from the beach. A nicely treed in yard for privacy. It has an outdoor dining area and firepit. On your way to the beach, you will find a screened in hammock along the path nestled in the trees. Bikes are available free of charge if you'd like to tour the area and see all it has to offer. WINTER We are on the snowman trail, and the lake access point for ice fishing

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2024) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Dome Cabin In The Woods

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Dog-Friendly Modern Cabin Near Beach

Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Great Escape (All Seasons)

Close to everything, yet tucked away on a beautiful street in grand Marais. 10 minutes to the famous Grand Beach, 2 minutes to Lanky’s ice cream shop, Lola's, and mini-golf. Watch unmatchable sunsets or simply enjoy nature. 5 minutes to one of the best ice fishing spots on Lake Winnipeg. At the cabin, you can enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom. The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

Saint Boniface, Eugenie Lane, Private & Cozy

Located in the heart of St.Boniface, this stand alone guesthouse has everything you need nearby, including St. Boniface Hospital. Enjoy a walk to the Forks Market, Human Rights Museum, Exchange District, or catch a ballgame when the Goldeyes are in town. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and french bakeries. Old Town Barbershop, Bold Hair Salon, bowling alley, gym and parks are all just minutes away as well. If you prefer to cook, we have grocery stores in the area.

Minnewanka

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

The Forest is your secluded, magical escape on 80 acres of private forest. Close (not too close) to Gimli, Manitoba down a long, private road. Waiting for you to restore and disconnect, enjoy the decks, walk the trails, or take in the healing medicine of the forest. Nestled in the spruce and aspen boreal forest, a woodstove, hammocks, fire pits, hiking trails, swimming pond, snowshoeing. And the vinyl collection. And As John Prine said we threw away the TV.
