Our guest house is located in the Eastlake neighborhood. Our home is situated between downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. Amenities include a work space, fully stocked kitchenette, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a shared backyard with fire pit and BBQ. Free street parking and shared laundry.

Enjoy the eclectic neighborhood of Fremont in Seattle while staying in my private guest suite! This space has all you need to recharge and relax. Please note: there is no full kitchen, just a kitchenette (microwave, minifridge, tea kettle, plates/silverware). To those sensitive to noise: this is a mother-in-law unit of a home (others live in the building) and it is a busy area of Seattle- you can expect to hear traffic, construction, and pedestrians.
