This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

This tiny home has many extras! Perfect for fishermen with a large yard for boats including power pole and light, with dock and two boat slips. It is also universal for work crews who like to play pool or darts after work. Need ice? Don’t worry you will have your own commercial ice machine to fill those coolers! The perfect getaway for a couples retreat as well, with all the amenities of home including a full kitchen and a cozy little porch to relax out on while you grill your favorite food.

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Enjoy a nice relaxing getaway in this cozy log cabin overlooking Lake Seminole. The house is located on a bluff with great views of the water, the back porch is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or hang out with friends and family after a nice day on the water. The covered dock is the perfect place to take in a beautiful South Georgia sunset. With plenty of space for kids to play in the loft, this could be the perfect weekend family getaway.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
