The Boathouse is centrally located in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, near Lake Nacimiento. This quiet, serene location is a true getaway! Nicely appointed one-bedroom, with queen size bed. One bathroom, with shower. And a queen sized murphy bed in the living room. Fully stocked European kitchen, private entry, semi-private deck with your own propane BBQ, some house amenities available to our guests. This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.
