Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view & lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie & cat fish. Includes fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, & full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house & fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road & Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away. We also have kayaks & SUP’s for rent.

Lake Fork is regarded as one of the premier largemouth bass fisheries in the state of Texas and for the entire country. We have a cozy cabin with a full kitchen. We offer WIFI and streaming. Enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and looking at the beautiful tall trees and listening to the birds and nature. There is ample parking and a covered place for your boat with electricity. Coffee Creek Landing is 2.3 miles from us to launch your boat. There are 3 flat screen TVs with streaming options.

Enjoy the spring fed east Texas lake views year round with a spacious deck for outdoor enjoyment. A sandy beach is perfect for family fun during the summer and wooded area with creek great for exploring during the colder months. The location is easy to locate with gate.

Our rustic, upscale, WATERFRONT cabin boasts gorgeous views! The three peaceful acres are tucked in an expansive cove of Lake Fork. Enjoy open concept LR/DR/kitchen. Private boat ramp. Boat lift & fish-cleaning station on a gorgeous, covered, open-air dock. Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Livestock accommodations available upon request. Pet friendly. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. One mile from downtown Winnsboro yet outside the city limits. Winnsboro, home of the famous "Autumn Trails". The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences. Come see the stars!!!

A Little Countryside Paradise

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Wildflower Yurts ~ Honeysuckle

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like heat & A/C, electricity, showers, toilets, & kitchenette. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit, ride our bikes, play lawn games! We have three yurts on the property. The Honeysuckle, The Primrose and The Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

This charming cabin is nestled in the woods of a gated fishing community. Unplug and fish in your very own stocked catfish pond located on the property. Take a short drive to the quaint downtown Winnsboro where you will find antique shops, unique gift shops, a Center of the arts and a weekend evening stage. This cabin has space for up to 5 guests. Short 20 minute drive to Lake Fork. No chores at check out!

The Lazy 8 at Lake Fork

You and your family can enjoy the beautiful East Texas sunrise and sunset in Emory TX, fish top rated Lake Fork (a public boat ramp is located 3/4 of a mile from our property), watch the deer feeding in the early mornings and evenings, or fish in our pond for Channel Catfish and Bream. You can also visit First Monday Trade Days in nearby Canton. Our home has a 50 amp plug in for EV charging.
