We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and St. Edwards Park. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
