Positioned at the rear of our home, this cosy self-contained granny flat is located in the suburb of Kardinya. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

Sanctuary by the sea, Coogee Beach- Sleeps 6

You can literally smell the ocean from this cute little single newly renovated home close to everything Coogee and Port Coogee have to offer and 5 minute drive to Fremantle. Walk down to the end of the street to Woodman Point Beach for a swim, Omeo ship wreck for a snorkel amongst the wreck or the Marina with it's fab coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The house is solid brick and with polished floor boards and tiles throughout. There is a large outdoor area with built in pizza oven.

Set 1.5km or a 15 minute walk back from the beautiful white sands of Coogee Beach, boasting plenty of room for a couple or small family, this property is the perfect destination for your next family coastal getaway. Beautifully appointed fully self-contained, air conditioned studio apartment with full kitchen and washing machine, close to bush, parklands and a cycle ride from the beach. It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)

Port Coogee Beach Retreat

Nestled in the quiet back lanes of North Coogee, this charming seaside retreat sits just across from the picturesque Port Coogee Marina and only a two-minute stroll to the famous Omeo Wreck and Coogee Beach. Within walking distance to local shops, pubs, and restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options whether you prefer to dine out or enjoy a quiet night in. For a little extra fun, we also offer paddle board, snorkel gear, and electric scooter rentals, perfect for exploring.

This unique place has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus lounge and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water.
