Bathrooms include a relaxing bathtub in each and the master has one gorgeous walk-in shower. This farmhouse stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC and has a standby generator, gas stovetop, and BBQ outside.

For the clear nights, there is a telescope available.

This house have been redone brand new floors bathrooms comfortable brand new beds 1 king size bed in the master and 2 new queen beds in the other bedrooms brand new 75 inch TV with brand new recliner sofas.

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.

Close to several springs, near restaurants and shops. Located 2.5 miles from Hwy 75. Short drive to Gainesville. Microwave, refrigerator, electric burner and Keurig coffee maker all for your convenience. Access to pool area with lounge chairs, and outdoor gazebo for your enjoyment.we do have a couple of chickens No rooster, surrounding neighbors also have chickens with roosters we do live somewhat in the country.
