The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
