Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση.
