Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. All accommodations are available for your peaceful stay in Yerevan, near Garegin Njdeh square (metro station), which is only 7 minutes walking away from the metro station. Near the apartment (2 min walking) there's a very big "Yerevan City Supermarket" working 24/7, KFC, and many pharmacies, exchange centers, clothing stores etc. It will take only 10 minutes by metro to city center (Republic square).

The apartment is right next to the lake and offers different, majestic views everyday. Sevan is a place that offers a big number of various adventures such as paragliding, wake-boarding, hiking, wind/kitesurfing and etc. However, if you're not an adventure sports fan, you can have a perfect, quiet rest here as well.
