Το Kikkos Village House είναι ένα σπίτι σύγχρονης αισθητικής, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, με στοιχεία από φυσικό ξύλο & ρατάν, συνδυασμένα με σκανδιναβικό στυλ επίπλωσης. Η φωτεινότητα του χώρου & οι λευκές αποχρώσεις που επικρατούν, μαζί με τα φυσικά στοιχεία προσφέρουν την απαραίτητη καθαρότητα, ζεστασιά&ηρεμία. Τη γενική επιμέλεια του χώρου είχε η ταλαντούχα Ψυρροπούλου Αναστασια του A2 engineering & design. Το υψηλού design μπάνιο έχει σχεδιαστεί από τον περίφημο Ολλανδό αρχιτέκτονα Joris Braat.

Vineyards, olive trees and the tropical plantation create a most euphoric scenery, suitable for relaxing vacation. It is a 75 m² cozy house, devided in two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room space and a bathroom. Each space is sunny and breezy, providing accomodation with all the amenities for up to 5 guests.

Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.
