The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Stanovi se nalaze u novoj iz temelja adaptiranoj kamenoj kuci. Smještenoj u staroj jezgri Grada Paga. Udaljenost do plaže je 5 min hoda. Restorani, banka, trgovine, i lokali su udaljeni par minuta hoda. Parkiralište je udaljeno 100metara, a može se parkirati i besplatno na privatnoj parceli udaljenoj 5 min hoda. Kategorija stanova je 3 zvjezdice. U stanovima nije dozvoljeno pušenje!

On the floor -1 there is a professional ventilation system, a terrace with a roof window, huge bedroom with 2x double bed and a sofa bed for 2 while outside the house there is a big stone bbq area. The complex is located only 200 m from the sea and the city centre, yet in a very calm and quiet area.
