Квартира находятся на 31 этаже Уютная,хороший,свежий ремонт. В квартире есть абюсалютно все для приятного время провождения: техника, посуда, постельное, полотенца, Wi-Fi. Наша квартира расположена в новом 12этажном доме на 11 этаже с большой верандой и потрясающим видом на море и горы.В доме есть два лифта, бесплатная парковка во дворе.Вся инфраструктура,включая рестораны,супермаркеты,аптеки,автобусная остановка находятся у дома.Так же рядом есть торговые овощные ряды, где каждый день вы можете приобрести свежий грузинский сыр,ароматные специи, сезонные овощи и фрукты.В 6-8 минутах пешком есть канатная дорога,а до бульвара,прибрежной зоны и пляжа 10-15 минут хода
