The Loft is located on the 2nd fl. of a newly constructed, timber frame barn. This is an open concept studio space with a king sized bed, indoor climbing wall, cozy reading nook, indoor swing, and expansive views of the pond. There is no indoor plumbing - a private portable toilet is around the corner of the barn.

Hosmer Pond Hideaway

Truly relax with beautiful views and the cozy necessities of a home away from home. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on your own private dock right on Hosmer Pond, canoe or paddle board out to the island at the center, keep an eye out for turtles and loons swimming nearby and end the evening roasting marshmallows over a fire. SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

The upstairs has two master bedrooms, each with private adjacent bathrooms and walk-in closets. One has a bathtub, one has multijet sprayers in the oversize shower.
