We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.
