Just 400m from Kenmare shopping centre, this spacious house comprises downstairs of a bright living room with electric stove, TV/DVD player. We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
