Great Sandy Straits - Home with an Amazing View

Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Views across the Great Sandy Strait to K’gari (Fraser Island). Total getaway with stunning white Sandy beaches and clear water. Take long walks at low tide across the Sandy expanses, and swim in calm waters or go kayaking during high tide. The fishing is excellent with a boat ramp near the shady park, picnic and BBQ area. No shops in town, 30min to Tin Can Bay where you can feed the dolphins and enjoy the cafes. A little piece of paradise. BYO sheets.

The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.

The open design features 5 bedrooms, upstairs kitchen, bathrooms upstairs and down, expansive lower deck area with lBBQ and large dining table, verandah, balcony, french doors, TV, and solar power. The maximum number of guests is strictly 12. Guests are expected to leave the home tidy on departure and take rubbish to the tip.
