Hervorzuheben sind eine vollausgestattete Küche, TV, Schlafcouch, große Panoramafenster, ein gemütliches Boxspring-Bett, die eigene Terrasse mit Außenbestuhlung sowie ausreichend Kundenparkplätze. Ons tweepersoons gastenverblijf ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, gevangen tussen het groen van de Sint Pietersberg en het water van de Maas. Het gastenverblijf is geschikt voor iedereen die op zoek is naar comfortabele ruimte om de stad te verkennen en/of de natuur op te zoeken.

The former customs room is now your living room and the pass-through creates the connection from the hallway to the kitchen. During the core renovation in 2006, as many elements as possible that tell the story of the customs house were preserved. The wooden floor provides a pleasant ambience.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
