The 60 sqm apartment offers 2 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living room with fireplace, pull-out sofa and open kitchen. There is air conditioning in the living room. A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

Our studio has one double bed and one single, a kitchen, a fridge and everything else you need for an apartment. Our village has 2 mini markets,7 taverns and 4 cafe. You can go everywhere on foot.Our place is recommended for rest and family holidays.
