Warning: Currently we have corporation sewage line works going on in our area and hence the roads are is a poor state. We use our cars, so its not impossible but its not very nice. Space and Location are the best feature, you are not too far away from the city, nor are you too much in the busy noisy area of the city. We have ample parking inside the property and high speed internet access. NB: Power back-up is not available, but we rarely have power cuts.
