Bookings are either for one full week or for two full weeks. The cottage is converted from a traditional single storey granite barn. It is the sole letting unit on a 3 acre smallholding, so is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday or for an out of season break. Situated near to Marazion in West Cornwall, the cottage is well furnished. The bedroom with kingsize bed has an en-suite bathroom. The main room has a lounge area and a kitchen/dining area. (Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement)

The Little Barn is a beautifully converted Cornish granite “cob” barn located in a tranquil rural location, it has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, retaining plenty of original character, full height ceilings and exposed beams. Benefits from off-street parking and a private courtyard garden. It is close to coast and village, so an ideal property for a couples romantic getaway, walkers, couples holidaying with pets or those wanting a base to explore the whole of West Cornwall.

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Delightfully secluded self-contained annexe down a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, close to the SW coastal path. Seaclusion offers a cosy bedroom, comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower. While there is no formal kitchen, there is a microwave, mini fridge and Tassimo coffee machine for your use alone. In the little sideboard you will find plates, bowls, cutlery and salt & pepper shakers. Enjoy free Wifi and parking on the drive.

The Sanctuary

Set in a tranquil garden overlooking Praa Sands bay. Excellent location for exploring Marazion, St Ives, Penzance, Porthleven,the South West Coast Path and West Cornwall, being on a main bus route although plenty of parking available. Comfy king size bed, electric shower with toilet and basin and towels. The bijou kitchen has everything you need, a combination microwave, induction hob, fridge and much more. The Coach and Horses pub opposite is great for food although many eateries nearby.

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Chi Lowen is a light and airy self contained two bedroomed annex with private entrance. Finished to a high standard, it has its own off road free parking and a sheltered enclosed patio area with table and chairs. It is set on the edge of a quiet rural residential area enjoying country side views just three miles from Marazion and St Michael’s Mount. As such, it is ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall’s attractions and the coast paths and beaches of both the south and north coasts.
