This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. This sweet two story, 750 sf cabin has a panoramic view of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai Mountain Range and out to the Homer Spit.The Upstairs is ONE large bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds that can be put together to be one large bed. The property has two decks which face the bay, so there is always a spot to sit and enjoy the tranquil views.
