Our beautiful house in a quiet Hove street just 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 min by bus to Brighton with on-street parking available. Spacious & versatile room, beautifully decorated room can be twin/double or triple, on the ground floor, opposite the toilet. King size with a new Emma hybrid mattress & single bed. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Dressing gowns for guests's use so they feel comfortable when going for a shower. Desk with lamp, books Garden table & chairs outside.

We are a 10 minute walk from Seaford town & railway station. Our beautiful Annex has everything you need to relax and get a good nights sleep ahead of your costal adventure. There is a King Size bed and a double futon , plus en-suite with Shower , fridge & tea/coffee. Breakfast can be arranged.
