The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.

You wake up in a converted art gallery with an incredible domed ceiling like you have never seen before. Then you have breakfast with a wonderful view of the sea in a elaborate setting.
