Holiday home in Kemijärvi, southern Lapland

Our holiday home is situated in Kemijärvi 85 kms/ 53 miles north-east from Rovaniemi. Nice peaceful 71 m2 apartment close to the nature. You can rest hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, picking berries or mushrooms - whatever you like. Kemijärvi is a town of 6000 inhabitants in the middle of two lakes just above the polar circle. Sauna. There are good trails for crosscountry skiing almost from our front door. The distances to the downhill skiing areas: 45 kms to Suomu and 53 kms to Pyhä.

Cozy room with bathroom, kitchenette and French balcony near city center. 140cm wide bed. Bed sheets, towels, and cooking utensils. TV. Microwave, washing machine. In a cellar there’s drying room. Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. I will send you instructions for self check in once you have booked. Enjoy Lapland!!

Lähellä keskustaa oleva mukava, kodikas studio. Keskustaan matkaa 1,2km. Joulupukin Pajakylään matkaa 9km. Lentokentälle matkaa 9km. Bussipysäkki talon vieressä. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sängyt saa yhteen tai erikseen, ilmoita kummin haluat. Halutessanne on mahdollista laittaa 70cm leveä ilmapatja sänkyjen lisäksi. Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kaupunkilomalle tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Nauti vanhan ja idyllisen koulun rauhallisesta tunnelmasta sen yläkerran tilavassa huoneistossa (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/WC/suihku, 2 eteistä). Kaunis ympäristö tarjoaa upeat ulkoilumahdollisuudet - hiihtolatu vaaroille lähtee pihasta, viereinen järvi mahdollistaa pilkkimisen, kesällä voit retkeillä ja marjastaa lähivaaroilla, soutuvene odottaa koulun rannassa. Keittiössä hyvä varustelu ruuanlaittoon. Huoneisto ja pihapiiri soveltuu hyvin lapsiperheille.

Kodikas asunto Kemijärvi

Rauhallinen asunto 3-kerroksisessa talossa, ylimmässä kerroksessa, siellä on hissi. Huoneisto on viihtyisä studio, jossa on kaikki tarvittava vähintään 3 hengen oleskeluun. Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Pyhä Igloos igloo

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. All rooms have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs, dinnerware and cutlery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
