Konocti View is a new house built July 2023. The home is rural with empty lots on each side. It is perfect to see the different wildlife species strolling by. Quiet neighborhood . It is called Konocti View because it has a great view of Mt . Konocti. Attractions include Konocti Harbor Inn, lots of wineries, restaurants, and water. Clearlake, Highland springs, Blue Lakes and many others are near as well as many hiking trails. For long term stays “week up” we ask only two guests.

The home is designed for relaxation, with a bright cottage vibe, quick access to the lake, and a local market 1 minute away. The cottage sits off Soda Bay Road and has private driveway parking right at the entrance A calm, simple retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hot tub heats to max temp 104 but can take a few hours after a drain & refill

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
