Welcome to the Acorns, a modern self-contained annexe within a superb countryside location in the village of Kelly Bray with good access to the A30 & A38 main roads. The annexe is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking & patio area. It is off the main road & has countryside views across our field. A perfect base for couples, nestled between Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor, and on the main bus route from Plymouth to Bude. The bus stop and village pub are both a 5 minute walk.

Character cottage in the Tamar Valley, Devon

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. Full self-catering or you can book breakfast and/or evening meals made by Martin, a professional chef. Self-contained annexe with own private entrance.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
