3 room appartment associated in the steet by the name of "Lavendelstrædet". It is a quiet street just one minut walk to Strøget, the famous and longest pedestrian street in the world. The neighbour next door is the tower of Copenhagen City Hall , capturing the atmosphere of the old, nostalgic city among hip cafées, restaurants and special shops. In other words: The city pulse is just outside the frontdoor. Despite the fact that the appartment is very central, there is no noise from either inside the appartment, nor outside the sunny south-balcony, which easily can fit six people. The building dates from 1799, but has maintained its original charme after a massive renovation in 2007. INTERIOR: Besides a main entrance with room for coats and shoes, the appartment consists of a large, open space kitchen with an extended living room all in the New Yorker style with high seelings and lots of sunlight. There are two bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with wash and dryer. The appartment is decorated in the modern Scandinavian way - in other words: a perfect base for a vacation in Copenhagen.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Nice surroundings, lots of forest, horses, cows, chickens are nearby. 2 ATV, 850 cc, 550 cc and spa are avalible for rent. Forest lake nearby with game fish, fishing card required. Wild park safari can be arranged as full package with transport or driving there on your own.

My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.

På "Rørvig Gamle Skole"udlejer vi 1. sal med 2 værelser, opholdsrum(repos), dejligt køkken og badeværelse. Der vil være mulighed for ekstra opredning. Vi, værterne, Jørgen og Ulla, bor selv i stueetagen og der er fælles indgang til huset fra gårdhaven, som vores gæster kan benytte. Huset ligger centralt i den gamle bydel med 2 min. gang til Isefjorden og med gangsti til Rørvig Havn og 1,5 km til Kattegat med en af landets bedste badestrande.

The penthouse is the heart of Copenhagen, in short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and museums. The flat has 3 rooms: a main bedroom with a private balcony, a living room with dining table and sofa and an office with fold out bed. The flat overlooks the botanic garden and the Copenhagen skyline. It also has access to a second shared rooftop terrace. (Please note the flat is on the 5th floor and does not have a lift)

Jag hyr ut övervåningen i mitt hus i Bleket ute på Tjörn. Lägenheten har egen ingång, två sovrum, toalett med dusch, pentry och balkong. Tillgång till tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns. Huset ligger ca 200-300 meter från Bleket badplats, kajakuthyrning och ett surdegsbageri. Gångavstånd till ön Klädesholmen där du hittar restauranger och närmsta matbutik.

Ferielejlighed ved Fjorden

Total renoveret ferielejlighed på 130 m2 beliggende i landsbyen Kvols, som ligger ved Hjarbæk Fjord. Lejligheden ligger på 1.sal på det gamle høloft på en tidligere landejendom. Alt blev i 2012 udskiftet og renoveret, kun de synlige loftbjælker er bibeholdt. Der er smuk udsigt fra lejligheden. Rengøring er lejers ansvar, dette kan tilkøbes.
