Απέχει 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Απολλωνία και τον Αρτεμώνα.Το σπίτι δεν είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο. Θα πρέπει να διανύσετε ένα μονοπάτι με σκαλιά(120 μ.) από τον πλησιέστερο δρόμο. Η στάθμευση μπορεί να είναι πιο μακριά, ανάλογα τη διαθεσιμότητα. Η τοποθεσία εξασφαλίζει ηρεμία και αυθεντική κυκλαδίτικη ατμόσφαιρα.

Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

It has a small kitchen, modern bathroom with shower, and a terrace with beautiful unobstructed panoramic views of the countryside, sea, and other islands. Η ταxύτητα του internet είναι πολύ καλή και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται και για εξ' αποστάσεως εργασία.
