Χτισμένο σε πλαγιά με μοναδική θέα, προσφέρεται για φιλοξενία οικογενειών και φίλων. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό με τζάκι, συνεχόμενα με την κουζίνα , την τραπεζαρία και το WC. Στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκονται τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες και το μπάνιο. Στην αυλή υπάρχει σκεπαστό κιόσκι με ψησταριά και φούρνο.
