We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Beautiful 1925 Grand Dame design home located in the heart of the Country Club Plaza and walk to the plaza. 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second floor. High speed internet in every room & Netflix. The house is NOT handicap accessible but wide enough for a wheelchair inside the first level of the house. Maid service for $25/ day & transportation available for an additional fee. Call owner to set up services. FiFA only allows for 8 guests in the home for the football games.

Welcome to Kansas City! Here is our tribute to KC both sides of the state line. This is the 2nd unit our gracious house accommodates with complete and absolute separation from all other BnB guests. The only time you might cross paths with someone else would be by the stocked pond, campfire ring, raised garden beds or tire tree swing. A mix between old & new the KC unit boasts a range of amenities & history that makes Kansas City, KC.

Come enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at our lakefront cottage on Gardner Lake. Just steps away from the water! Fish off your own private dock (fishing poles not provided). Want to explore more of the lake? The paddleboat, canoe, and kayak are included in your stay! The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.

Baldwin City's Tallgrass lodge

Fresh air and privacy... Tallgrass Farms Lodge is located 3 miles south of Baldwin City, Ks. (5 minutes to downtown Baldwin City, 15 minutes to Lawrence, Ks., 30 minutes to Olathe, Ks., 1 hour to Arrowhead Stadium). The lodge sits on a working corn and soybean farm. Guest are welcome to try their luck fishing our 5 acre stocked lake just a short walk away.
