We opened this guest house in October, 2017. It is the middle of downtown in Kyoto. It is 5 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station(Hankyu line). From Shijo station, it is 10 minutes walk. From Shijo station to Kyoto station is 4 minutes by subway. Our guest house is next to Shin-kyogoku dori, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, convenient stores, fashion items, 100yen stores.... It is easy to access to Nishiki-ichiba(we called the kitchen of Kyoto, market), Teramachi dori, Gion on foot.

大家好歡迎大家來到一個京都地點最好的地方又安靜又方便可以讓你輕鬆又放鬆的地方，那麼我們的員工有會說中文及英文的唷！ 我們千辛萬苦前面花了兩年的時間才找到這一棟地點好安靜又有電梯的大樓接著又花了一年的時間很有誠意的跟屋主談判才說服他買到這一棟真正都是日本人住在𥚃面的大樓經營，可以直接100％的體驗日本人的日常生活！ 我們很用心的把這一棟大樓的十幾個房間都佈置成不一樣的特色風格每一間房間的主題也都是我們用手工親自製作及彩畫的，大概平均一個多月才會新開一個房間， 我們也很高興airbnb的三個帳號𥚃共得到三百多個五顆星的超讚房東評價，由於我們也很用心挑選寢具，所以大家可以在評價𥚃很多顧客都說我們的床很好睡唷！ 而我們對於清潔也很重視，大家都知道清潔打掃外包是最便宜的，但是卻會感受不到用心及溫度，所以我們的房間完完全全是自己用最大的用心打掃的， 京都地點好的airbnb住宿大部分是沒有電梯的，尤其是老町屋，有時候我們孝順帶著父母及小孩出來旅遊，已經經歷了旅途的勞累及千辛萬苦後還要搬行李及爬樓梯到樓上的房間實在有點吃不消，希望大家旅遊愉快平平安安 來我們這邊住的人都能有好心情唷

This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).
