Είναι ανεξάρτητο και μοναδικό στο χώρο με αποτέλεσμα την ησυχία και απομόνωση των φιλοξενούμενων.Είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την θάλασσα ,μέσα από ένα παραδοσιακό δρομάκι.Επίσης είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του λιμανιού που υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, καφετέριες σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ αλλά και στάση λεωφορείου και ταξί.Το έδαφος είναι επίπεδο και δεν υπάρχουν σκαλιά.
