This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. With convenient access to downtown Kona (6 mi), the airport (7.5 mi), and the pristine beaches of the north end, like Kua Bay Beach Park (10 mi).

Serenity in Kona- with epic ocean views! Wake up with the ocean waves crashing below. Hang out on the lanai with some Kona coffee from the Green Flash cafe next door. You have a front row seat for whale watching during whale season. Or, hang out and enjoy the sunsets- at times with our local manta ray! We have a queen sofa bed, and AC. Close to town- an 18 minute walk. Quiet, very little road noise here. You can rent bikes too across the street.
