Guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures at this higher elevation thanks to the cool mountain breeze. With its convenient location, both the airport and the town are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Great place to escape and enjoy the Big Island!

Radiant Ocean View Cottage on a Coffee Farm. Very Private.

Centrally located between South Kohala's beaches, and the dining and entertainment scene of Kailua-Kona, the Kaloko Coffee Cottage is at a cool elevation making naps after adventures a...well a dream! Far from any roads, the dominant sounds are the many birds who make their homes in the surrounding trees. This is a thoughtfully furnished home with an open layout, on a coffee farm, just bring your food and clothes for which ever adventure you intend; leave the accommodations and ambiance to us.

The Mango Tiny House

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. Fresh & Bright Tropical Getaway- Ocean View

Aloha and Welcome to our cozy ohana. You can expect clean, comfy, modern, with lots of light in this spacious guest suite. The accommodation is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient parking. At a higher elevation, the area is much cooler and breezier than staying in town and you can fall comfortably asleep in our comfortable queen-sized bed, listening to the sounds of coqui frogs and waking up to the beautiful sound of birds. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Plumeria Studio; Garden Balcony, Close to Airport

Kailana Cottage includes two separate rental units that share a hallway. These units are freshly remodeled, super clean, fresh and new. This unit is called Plumeria, it is set up like a hotel room; spacious room with King sized bed, large bright bathroom, TV, and kitchenette on the screened in balcony to enjoy tropical sunsets and breezes. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, coffee press, tea/coffee, mini fridge along with utensils, plates, pans, etc.

Lilikoi Loft

Introducing a private oasis of comfort and charm, our newly renovated tiny house. This simple retreat is a testament to minimalist luxury and offers a convenient escape near Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua Kona. The exterior of the tiny house is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and simple design, featuring a quaint porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or working on the computer while gazing at the pacific ocean.

Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

Just 10 minutes from Kona International Airport, this private studio is perfectly situated as the start for your Big Island adventure. The space is bright and airy with French doors that open to the lanai for an even more spacious feel. There is a closet, a private washer and dryer, basic amenities, a 65” smart TV, and USB outlets. Aloha! Our cozy guest suite is a perfect stop for travelers looking to be just minutes from the airport and beaches. We’re conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport and 10–15 minutes from popular beaches and downtown shopping. This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a simple kitchenette (please note there is no oven or stove). We’re on a busy street, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
